The 2026 harvest at Château ESCOT begins with Merlot
This year's harvest began at Château ESCOT in early September. Merlot was the first grape variety to be harvested, followed by the white varieties.
The first grapes made their way from our vineyards to the modernised winery facilities, where the next stage of processing and winemaking began.
The white grape harvest also marks the beginning of another potential vintage of Château ESCOT Blanc. We hope this year’s grapes will provide an excellent foundation for a wine we can be proud of.
