Gessay is carrying out extensive work on the château façade, while Juste is responsible for the windows and doors as well as the oak-beam ceiling in the ground-floor reception room. Construction of the conservatory is also beginning, led by Labastere.

Inside the château, EOLE is working on the building services and electrical installations, while Garabos is carrying out plasterboard works.

The surrounding grounds are also changing. Dilmex has demolished the remaining sections of the former production buildings, making way for a new car park between the château and the winery’s production facilities. Meanwhile, INEO is installing solar panels on the roofs of the production buildings.
